Teresa is a Founder and the driving force behind full portion pr. She spent her early working life in IT recruitment, was a director of MSB International and went on to set up her own agency supplying contract IT staff to clients including M&S, BT and Vodafone to name a few. Early in 2000 she switched to a far more exciting career in media and founded full portion pr in 2006 with Aroon Maharajh. In her spare time Teresa goes to the gym (but hates it – "it’s a necessity!"), loves shopping, skiing (especially après!) and going to the hair & beauty salon.

Funniest Childhood Memory?
That's a long time ago! I didn’t do anything funny… (screws up her face and pauses while she thinks), when I was very young, I was dressed in my Irish dancing dress with black slip on patent shoes for a St Patrick's Day parade in London. One of my shoes slipped off whilst I was walking, and I was too scared to go back and get it… so I carried on. It's not really that funny is it?

Natalie loves learning new things about people and places. She is an avid foodie, through and through; she loves cooking for friends and would one day like to show the amateurs on "Come Dine With Me" how it's really done. Nat prefers the finer things in life, such as champagne, the arts, and Jagerbombs. Previously Natalie worked at a Broadcast Consultancy, bringing a great wealth of radio industry knowledge to the team.

Your dream day out would be..?
I'd like to go to Borough Market in the morning, and then move to an art gallery in the afternoon… topping it all off with a wine-fuelled dinner party with my friends and family.

Loves: Curry, animals and sunshine
Hates: Saliva, feet, small spaces and ill-mannered people

Freddie is a graduate from The University of Exeter, with a degree in Italian and Spanish – as part of his course, he spent a year at The University of Pisa where he developed a love for pizza, fine wine and the Serie A!

Most embarrassing moment:
Playing a nappy wearing baby otter in the school production of Wind in the Willows.

Freddie’s friend's describe him as:
A kind-hearted, sarcastic, hilarious, Barnsley FC worshipping, jager-loving great guy!

If Freddie could invent one thing it would be:
A cure for his one weakness; the hangover!

By using social networking websites, and online media Max effectively promotes clients across the internet. He also takes on the role of office DJ, often blasting out an eclectic mix of music; from golden oldies to songs that no one has ever heard of… with some Disney soundtracks along the way.
